Please read these terms carefully. By starting a Longevity Protocol you agree to the following.

A Longevity Protocol is a custom 12-month skin and aesthetic care plan, built by Diana Guerra, RN, following a complimentary skin analysis and consultation. Three tiers are available: Preserve, Signature, and Legacy. The treatments included in your individual plan are agreed in writing during your consultation and recorded on your client file.
All Longevity Protocols are a 12-month commitment from the date of your first fortnightly direct debit. Payments continue automatically until the 12 months are complete unless cancelled in accordance with clause 7.
A 25% deposit of the 12-month total is payable on commencement. Pricing is locked for the duration of your protocol. Fortnightly direct debit is administered by Aglow. Aglow fees apply per their service agreement (member service fee, new-member fee, and failed-payment fee).

Member-only pricing applies to standard service rates and cannot be combined with other promotions. Included treatments are non-transferable and have no cash value.
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and suitability. Diana Guerra, RN reserves the right to recommend an alternative treatment, decline a treatment, or pause your protocol where it is not clinically appropriate. Some treatments referenced are prescription-only and require an additional consultation with our prescriber. Individual results vary.
Appointments are booked via our online booking system. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the included treatment for that period.
Cooling-off period: You may cancel your Longevity Protocol within 7 days of the start date for a full refund of the deposit, provided no treatments have been received.
After 7 days: The 12-month commitment applies. Where exceptional circumstances arise (e.g. pregnancy, serious illness, relocation), we will work with you in good faith to either pause your protocol or transfer the value of remaining payments to alternative services at the clinic.
Refunds for treatments already delivered are not available. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We handle your personal and health information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Clinical records are kept securely and used to deliver and document your care.
InstaSkin Aesthetic may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date your Longevity Protocol begins applies to your agreement, and any later changes will only apply to new protocols or renewals.
